Ten clinically proven tips to faciliate weight loss without going hungry:

-Donít skip meals, particularly breakfast

-Eat from smaller plates and containers

-Count calories, substitute lower calorie versions of foods you otherwise would have eaten

-Keep a written log of what you eat, for everything you eat, no exceptions

-Increase your protein intake to be at least 10% more of your daily calorie intake

-Eat more blended soups

-Beware that a variety of foods or foods that you havenít had in a while can trigger you to eat more

-Eat high calcium foods with high fat foods

-Exercise is more important for the calories it urns after you stop exercising

-Increase your activity level in frequent and small ways when not exercising, no matter how small

Seems like vague pile of general shit that tricks you into eating less calories than you burn. Classic shit fat, weak minded c.unts want to hear.
