Chris Kaman is headed back to Los Angeles, this time with the Lakers.

The Lakers announced their intention to sign Kaman, a 7-foot free agent center who spent the first eight years of his career with the Clippers, in a statement released Monday.

Terms were not disclosed, but sources with knowledge of the deal told ESPN's Marc Stein and Ramona Shelburne that Kaman agreed to a one-year contract worth the Lakers' mini mid-level exception amount of just under $3.2 million.

C'mon arce, Kaman is a low risk-mid reward deal.

Dude has been an injured mess for the last several years....it will be no different this year.
