Maybe, but gyno isn't always steroid related. My brother in law has very puffy nips and he weighs about a buck 50 lol.

Most Samoans are prone to it. They're usually fat guys with a bit of gyno but still some f the toughest mofos out there. Good athletes

Looks like that darker area is a tat, long before he got his Samoan tat's (Pe'a). In NFL & NBA terms, he is a natural wide body.

Gyno...hard to say but later on in life, yes. Samoans are not always fat, some are leaner and others look pretty average. The general public only see Samoans on TV/movies and the NFL. Though, even the average looking ones seem to grow pretty fast when starting to workout.

they get big fast but they cant get conditioned for some reason

It's gyno...The guy's dad was juiced to the gills...Hell in my gym, there were a couple of kids 13-15 who were rumored to use...No doubt that the rock got into his dads stash...
