Better arm program, your current arm program is all over the place.
close grip bench press
skull crushers
2 arm rope pressdown
ez bicep curls
alternate dumbell curbs
incline dumbell curbs
well i'm doing a lot of single arm work because i noticed my left arm looks better than my right
and so i find out there is also strength imbalance
right tricep is A LOT stronger than left, like 3-4 reps stronger
but left arm looks best
