today i exercised my arm, they are really sore now and get spasms when i flex them so it must have been a good workout


narrow bench press

hammer curls

skull crushers

dumbel curls

overhead dumbel extension

curl machine

single arm rope pushdowns(extension)

reverse grip barbell curl



I did biceps today
4 supersets of machine preachers and single arm
curls with a rubber band, done in less than 10 minutes.

Usually I spend minimum 1 and half hour on arms.

well i'm doing a lot of single arm work because i noticed my left arm looks better than my right

and so i find out there is also strength imbalance


right tricep is A LOT stronger than left, like 3-4 reps stronger


but left arm looks best

I bet I do more intense than you arms.

Everything I do drop set, every single set, followed by rest pause, forced reps.

I don't count sets/reps...only amateur count reps/sets.

Muscle don't understand numbers.

Muscle understand adaptive pain.

No go through more pain than before nothing change.

Example today, start with 24kilo dumbell, 6-8 rep, then 20 kilo, another 6-8, then 16 kilo, 10 reps, then 12, kilo 3-4 reps, then 8 kilo, 3-4 reps,....rest 5-10 seconds, back to 24 kilo 1-2 reps, rest 5-10 seconds, grab 16's bang 5-6, rest 10-15 seconds....etc.

Count the pain only.

Ok I see what the deal is, you used to be hardcore and it got you to where you are, now you are getting older so you decided to start doing beta workouts, you can still go heavy on the iron just use good form from 8 reps upwards.
