Ok I see what the deal is, you used to be hardcore and it got you to where you are, now you are getting older so you decided to start doing beta workouts, you can still go heavy on the iron just use good form from 8 reps upwards.
Must use combination of good and bad form, heavy and light weight mixed everything up for muscle confusion principles, leave no stone unturned.Don't believe you must use good form all the time.Bad form with heavyweight stimulate muscle just as much if not more than light weight with good form.Show me one good bodybuilder who use text book form.Not possible after certain level to have good form, tendon simply cannot deal with it, must swing little bit.
