The dosages aren't dangerous. But if he's on year-round, which he seems to be, it will slowly start to affect his health.

Nice! Test and EQ was/is my bread and butter cycle for years. No sides at all for me. Seeing your vascularity now, it will be off the charts on EQ. Blow your appetite up too which can be good or bad. If your looking for size you will have no problem getting food down
