Do you need his involvement to open up a location? Just lease an existing property and hire someone to market it for you. It'll take 3-5 years but you'll be the director and you can rake in the profits.

The euro currently stands at ~1.4 USD, making conversions easily achievable on the fly via a simple mental math algorithm: move the decimal point of the euro one place to the left, multiply by four, and add the product to the initial euro value.

70k euro = ~98K USD

Hopefully I don't come off as an e-intellectual douche in the above, but that 130K you threw out there perhaps justifies my post.

Nah you're right. I mistook it for pounds sterling. The Euro isn't nearly as strong as the UK currency.
