When I'm in shape my arms are my standout part. I've been very blessed in the arm and delt department. especially my triceps. When I'm on sauce and training at around 12% bf, they are 19.5. When I'm a fatass they are 20.5. I think I wanna be apart of the Arm Don club. Matter of fact, I think I want Groinks title. I wanna see how far I can these things. Right now they're probably 18-18.5. I haven't trained since last June but I didn't get fat I just lost gains over time and of course put on some fat. I've finally found a combination that makes me go from Jekyll to Hyde very fast because of muscle memory and I'm a hard trainer in the gym. Ask Tommywishbone. We trained arms. At first the unprovoked comments feel awesome. Really gives your ego a boost. But then when schmoe after schmoe admires you, it just becomes creepy.

When I work out, I basically want to kill every little homo that stares at me. The creepiest part is that they're not even gay, they're straight. I'd feel more comfortable with a gay man hitting on me than a schmoe balls deep in admiration.
