Recycling or I use them as storage for nuts and bolts, etc.... They're also handy if you ever strip parts or similar, just cut the top off and use it as a dunk tank.

start with the pullups and do some dumbell pullovers after the pullups. for me it increases the mind muscle connection for the back thickness sets

good tip for chins is imagine you are pulling your elbows back to hit someone while pulling up.
