Needles. I've got one in the kitchen under the sink and one in my bedroomwith my goodies. No one ever bothers them and I just throw them out every month or so.

Most bodybuilders I know paint them pink, turn them sideways an make a piggy bank out if it. The clever ones use wine corks for legs.

It's actually really good after pulling work.. try them one arm at a time to really direct the angle of pull into the target muscles.
