Yes unless you get an abundance through your normal whole foods (which you probably don't but no way to tell unless you took a metabolic analysis, checked your cholesterol, O 3:6 ratios, etc...)

If we can not provide a solution then it is acceptable to get a second opinion from your MD.

No I don't fear heart or kidney disease from steroids.

1. If you give blood every three months and monitor your blood pressure, you're for 99% on the right track what your heart is concearned.

2. If you use quality gear, kidneys aren't an issue. Kidney problems in pro's are always from diuretic and synthol abuse.

Chiro Flex says to stay under 1g/wk. I can get into that for MOST OF THE TIME. Which means: most of the time you should be cruising or trt'ing (as some call it) on max 1g. Blasts (even heavy ones) that don't exceed 12 weeks followed by cruises of equal time minimum won't hurt anyone, but

The problem is that most BB's will take any shite they can get their hands on- i was talking to one lad recently who was taking, and he did not even know what he was on!! Somebody had just told him to take them..As for bloodwork? lol nearly everyone taking wont go near a doctor unless there is a problem. The health conscious proactive BB is about as rare as snow in the Sahara

Steroids are not all created equal...I'd say the kidneys are probably the most at risk with any UG type drugs from anywhere in the world. Real top quality US pharma shit will not being anywhere near as risky...

You donate blood at the Red Cross or community blood center you get your chloesterol measured free. (If on AAS you need to donate blood if your hema is higher than 48)
Don't use your doctor. That will leave a trail of paperwork on your file and he may want to know why you are requesting so many blood works each year.

My threshold is 700mgs weekly. Usually that means 2CC test and 1cc something else. Anything past this and bloat and sides are just not worth it.
