who knows what they eat

not what they claim in the interviews

They can't get away with high glycaemic foods on the long run. A small % of your carbs from these foods isn't a problem, but too much of it will make you a fatass.
Sure, it's up to you to believe me or not, it's your body.

It's not how much your arm measures it's how they look that's important... I'd advise you to forget the tape measure

Anyone who thinks using under 1g per week is safe is kidding themselves.

I have used steroids in a responsible manner in comparison to others for over ten years in my life, I know one day im going to pay for it with a reduced life span.

TRT dosage is 200mg a fortnight, dosages above that depending on the individual will usually effect blood-work negatively, premature hardening of the arteries is a common side effect of steroid use. Dont rely on bloodwork go and get a CT scan on your heart.

Im not a hater just someone who is ten to fifteen years away from where you are now, and If i was where you are at now, I wouldn't listen to me either, I have no regrets, and I am better prepared for what might come in the through watching others fall sadly, anyone who's used gear and is in their forties and isnt getting CT scan every few years will die more from ignorance than a heart attack.

Live as you want but accept your fate with dignity.

X2

Also,I don't see the point of going over TRT doses ( 250 mg max) specially if you are not ifbb pro.
 Despite you look like shit.

You have to ask yourself if is worth it ?

ive been using test since 83 n my organs r all in tip top condition n im 48, i never stayed on for long periods, made sure i ate clean, kept my bodyweight in check so my blood pressure didnt go crazy, only did one cylce a yr n most of the time n kept the dosages fairly low,no higher than 500 mgs a week, i have experimented tho with higher mgs but didnt like the side effects i was feeling so i always stayed lower mgs

No offend. But On steroids and 17inchs arms are bit lame.(You are taller than 170cm arnt you?)

I give you a absolute tip for arms.

Arms training is all about HOW HARD PUMP YOU GET.
Even you must do 30reps with using pink dumbells like Milos.
The amount of weight you handle is totaly nothing to do with it.

For example,I do 20reps of 30kg barbell curl(Paco do 40-50kg) for 4 sets. Total 3 exercises.
Paco and I do 15-20reps minimum for biceps and triceps.

Mines are almost 19inchs now. They look quite big now.(If you need, I will up my video again.).
Pacos arms? 24inchs.

I'm normally rather a lifter than a pumper, by taking the time between sets and static holds, but recently I was running out of time before my triceps were on the menu, so I did a fast 6 set drop down giant set. The pump was amazing and it took me less than 5 minutes. Maybe I should do this more often for arms...

5 sets laying leg curl

4 sets hack squat

4 sets dumbel stiff leg bend over

I do worry when I'm on and I rarely exceed 500mg plus the odd oral for a few weeks as a booster and do take time off and easy off on protein intake. When I was in my 20's I didn't care, now in my mid 30's I care, waiting on kidney blood test results next week before I make my next move.

I too, have had close friends sufffer severe consequences of gear, one caught prostate cancer at 28yrs of age was on Tren 600mg a week and 1mg test and soo much other stuff with GH and slin...etc. He strongly believes AAS did it and now is focused on MMA and off juice

2nd guy was diagnosed with leukemia, he was a GH fan and his battle is on-going.

3rd friend had a heart attack at 39, when I went to see him he told there 2 other guys admitted in the unit with him who were clearly AAS users, he became anti steroid use and was banned from a forum he was on...guess it hindered the sales of their inhouse source.

The above are guys I class as friends and known personally for many years. In this game if you're lukcy you might a hard lesson/ a warning e.g. some members here with their kidney scare...etc but sometimes life can cruel and you might not get a second chance to rectify your mistakes.

Today is leg day for me, it means a 2 mile run up the mountain as fast as I can - pushing weights would be easier.

They can't get away with high glycaemic foods on the long run. A small % of your carbs from these foods isn't a problem, but too much of it will make you a fatass.
Sure, it's up to you to believe me or not, it's your body.

What, praytell, will happen if eating too much "high glycemic" foods while staying around maintenance calorie levels?

You are aware that consuming a "high glycemic" food with protein, fat, and/or fiber will lower the glycemic impact of this food, yes?
