use the same method for you arms brosef

of course alot of it is genetic though

quadriceps are very easy to develop

hamstrings and calves are the hard part


that's the reality all these shitbodies on the internet won't face


but anyway arms...


i did triceps this morning


narrow bench presses with 115kg 4 sets of 6-8 reps
reverse grip bench press with 60 kg 4 sets of 12 reps or so (new to this exercise)
french curls with ez bar 15kg each side 3 sets of 10-12 or so
single arm rope push downs 3 sets of 10-15 reps




PLEASE GROW


fucked up i dont have any soreness so it makes me worry i didnt train hard enough


could be the roids tho

well we know its not the food  ;D

i just did delts now

6 reps 80kg seated barbell, then 10 reps with 70kg (could do more this set), 12 reps with 70kg (thought about fatty mcfatfat supervisor and got retard strength), and 6 reps with 70kg (was spent from last set)


then 4 or 5 sets side laterals with 10kg dumbels and perfect form 10-13 reps each set

then rear delt raises with chest on shallow incline bench with 20kg, 16kg, 12kg, 12kg for 10-12 reps or so each set


then the elbow raise machine (side lateral) 5 sets 10-15 reps pumping the delts


then i hit a couple of clasped hands most muscular shots and called it a night

why not training together with fat 'baby mama'  :D
