couldn't be bothered buying protein powder anymore. Now I just have 2 tubs of low fat cottage cheese (30grams per tub, 4 grams of carbs) a day with pineapple slices and seedless grapes to supplement my daily protein. Tastes like desert with the fruit added and only costs £1 a day.
