A friend of mine has/had one. It looks immaculate now but he has spent tens of thousands on it and he keeps having to go back and have more transplants.

Knew a guy who spent a few grand on one and we were in a club and my current missus who was just a friend at the time was talking to him, he started coming onto her and after a while she said, "im just going for a walk to find a bald man, I find them so sexy"

I looked into everything and came to the conclusion that for me it would end up at anout 50k and just not worth it

Shock loss is a huge issues with TP's and many don't realize that can be a big problem. It's usually younger guys that panic over losing hair and get sucked in by these hacks.  There are only a handful of decent surgeons but getting a full head of hair is not realistic and then the donor area can look like shit.

Take a look at Joe Biden or Senator Schumer - that is the best most can hope for.  Sure some look good - but for most people at 30-40 yo the rest of the hair is going to fall out eventually.

It does now, yes. However, he has to keep going back and getting topups. it looks amazingly real - well, I guess it is real really. It has gone through spells where it looks thinner. It's like a house that needs redecorating. It's no Elton John shit though.

This UK TV show judge got his transplant done at Ziering. They've got a clinic not too far from my home. Will probably give them a visit soon.
