brown rice tastes good, i cant even eat white rice no more or buckweat (english?). Yes you have to boil them like 20 minutes, it takes longer time, but brown rice is better for droping weight. If you eat white rice then you cant eat pasta (not whole wheat english?

Pro bodybuilders eat burgers and other shit too because they are using steroids, if you are clean then you have to watch what you are eting.
