Getbig guidelines and rules - in simple terms...
This board is for people who like bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini and having fun. If you don’t, then don’t come here.
We try to have fun here, and be entertained. Each board has its own style and seriousness.
These are the main rules which are not allowed and with block you from posting here.
1) No racist posts. We all know what discussion is vs. blatant racism.
2) No gay or pornographic pictures on main boards.
3) No malicious personal bashing, especially on females, and others who can’t defend themselves.
4) No spamming commerical posts of events, web sites or products without approval.
5) No personal information of people family, etc.
6) No threads that are just meant to ruin the boards.

That's the general overview of the rules. His violations are as follows:
1) No racist posts. We all know what discussion is vs. blatant racism.
Does racism exist in the real world? Sure it does. Does it happen here on GetBig? Absolutely. Do we try our very best to remove all instances of such, especially when brought to our attention? Absolutely.
That said, he made a number of racist posts towards Lobstah. She never complained, but I noticed and that's all it takes. I like Lobstah and told her very early on that if someone fucks with her on this forum, I will remove them, plain and simple. If you don't like that, too bad.
3) No malicious personal bashing, especially on females, and others who can’t defend themselves.
He decided to write some very vile remarks about Phil Heath's wife. Presently, she is dealing with cancer and can not defend herself here, as she is not a member and the remarks are certainly untrue. If you don't know exactly what he wrote, feel free to send me a PM and I will refresh your memory.
That shit is unacceptable here. If you don't like an IFBB competitor, feel free to critique them for what they do, but don't think for one second that to insult a family member of any IFBB member or GetBig member is fine. That is not tolerated here. People notice these posts and they can have an effect on our bottom line here.
6) No threads that are just meant to ruin the boards.
If you make many "quality" threads daily, we have no qualms with that. If you make a few shit threads here and there, we also have no problems with that. When you create 15 threads in one day and
FLOOD the general G&O with crap that garners less than 2-3 responses, you have successfully SPAMMED the G&O with crap that detracts from the quality of our forum. That isn't accepted here.
For those of you that will state that there are still others that cause trouble and have managed to get away with things without ending up in Time Out, keep in mind that:

Lastly, if you create these stupid "I am leaving" threads, we will honor that subtle request by giving you a nice vacation from the forum.
Those are the rules folks. Keep in mind that this is still one of the least moderated forums on the internet. There are some that are completely free of moderation and you are always welcomed to check those out, but typically they aren't as entertaining.

P.S. If you don't like my moderating style, that's fair and you're entitled to your opinion. I am not a perfect moderator, but I do know that when enough infractions are committed, actions must be taken. He decided to take it upon himself to rewrite the rules and we acted upon it. He has been here long enough and should know better.
