He's got similar genetics to me. I'm way fatter than him obviously (not that I care) but what we have in common is that we're very small guys naturally. He could just as well be megadosing, won't do much for him.

Was showing my wife one of his videos on youtube (something about a glycogen depleting workout) and she said "He's quite ripped for someone who doesn't take drugs, does he just train everyday?" bless her heart. I simply told her that if anyone looks as good or better than me, they are also on drugs
