Twink here, have bad discs and did legs for the first time in over a year Sunday.
Squats 135x15, 185x12, 222x8, 245x4 but with 30 seconds rest between
Leg press machine 4 sets of 12, not sure of the weight
Leg extension 4 sets of 8-10
Front squat 135x10 three sets
One leg lunges 35lb each hand for three sets
Wanted to like after, probably won't do legs for another two weeks. Way far off from what I could use when I leaked in college.
