When we see a recent photo of you we can compare.

You claimed to be 12% fat less than two weeks ago?
Now are you suggesting that this is you two weeks after being 12% or were you not being truthful when you claimed you were coming down from 12% to under 5 in 6 weeks?

You do look great in the photo by the way   ;)
It was more like 3 weeks ago and BTW that is why the methods displayed by gal and no one are superior to all methods....

Because he can transform over night. Your post just gave them more credibility because you are shocked on how fast no on transformed.

Just imagine the freedom one can have of saying, ''oh shit, I am going on vacation in three weeks, time to get shredded'' then Booooom, shredded.

By the way I clocked in at 229 yesterday, from 246lb in 8 days and I am around 11%

Why are always concerned with measurements? If you look like shit in the mirror who cares.

it's the German in me

think Mercedes Benz and German engineering

without the precise measures there never would have been such an awesome machine 8)

and btw, AJ was also obsessed with numbers bro

thanks broski.

thats what it all comes down to in the end cause its soooo easy just to say 'fuck it, i'll start again tomorrow' when your say 24 hours into a 36-40 hours fast. thats what makes it so rewarding i think- overcoming the obstacles. anyone who says 'oh ya you do this for attention, or broads or blah blah blah' really has no fucking clue what they are talking about, cause without wanting it for yourself you'll never get there- theres just too many temptaions everywhere.

there wont be rewriting as far the training part goes, well maybe taking out the typos, but yeah.

if anything therell be ammendment for ppl who dont even train.

will see with noone

@noone:bro, we have kinda mullato size waistlines now ,its seems ;D

the torsos jus keep shrinkwrapping eh? just egtting smaller and tighter all the time. thats why all those 70's guys had those waistlines and torsos- extreme low cal diets. black guy torsos on white guy frames.  :D

oops, just sen this, looking awesome.if this is relaxed, then this is maybe even bit leaner than me :D

and epic lean face 8)

as relaxed as it gets, look how sloped and far ahead my shoulders are- no tension there at all. im coming for you bro!

:D

nah, not leaner than you. no way. still a percent i think. maybe a hair less. i need that percent to keep me in the hole anyway. pushes me more.

ya dude, chicks love that lean face/ jawline. signals in them hormonally a strong mate who'll provide strong healthy offspring. even if they hate you they cant help but want you- its in there genetic code. :D

yah, not to brag or anything, but everyone here says they never seen anone get leaner in soo little time.
and thats not from ppl who dont train btw.

i think i could go from 10% to 5% within 4 weeks, itd be extremly hard(relatively),but i could do it.

I don`t care what anyone says, speed makes the best diets EVER. The speed that things are done with you and no one is the key to not cheating because when people see results fast the mentality and the momentum takes over.

When people diet in 16 weeks they cheat and give up because the barely see changes and get discouraged.

thanks brotha!

and im not a vascular guy. i gotta be very lean to get any kind of vascularity. esp given im not running any real heavy hardeners its all gott be due to the diet/ low bf level.

Why you feel you need to do that?
I know its going to work, but so does eating 500 cals a day.
Do you have a day job?

Bro don`t go there with the day job thing, the first day of my diet I spent 8 hours on a roof of a residential house in the blazing heat and I did 2 hours of cardio and a gym session, all while going 30+ hours without eating a single calorie.

I know you have a physical job and hats off you can keep that up.
Its just that other people just cant cut it that way and need to be aware of the possible pitfalls.
People just need to be aware that fasting like that isn't good for everyone.
I for one get low sugar fluctuations and severe fasting just isn't an option.
