It has been served. And how is Martin innocent? He punched Zimmerman in the nose and bashed his skull. There's no evidence that Zimmerman attacked Martin. And that's ATTACKED, not followed, not profiled, not confronted...but ATTACKED.

Reportedly, Martin told Zimmerman, "You're gonna die tonight, M---------R!". That don't sound all that innocent to me.

The prosecution was told from jump they had no chance in this case. But, thanks to Sharpton and his ilk, it got prosecuted anyway. Manslaughter was their only chance. But, for that automatically being included in a Murder 2 trial, this would have been over much sooner.
