Care to expound a little? None of the short videos I've viewed so far given me enough material to form a well founded opinion.
He's a clown. Hes promoting an old argument to rationalize and excuse black racism. I've mentioned him before. Spike Lee likes to trot out this argument from time to time. It's completely irrational. People like Andre eat it up.
I've just heard his usual arguments about the white man oppressing the black man etc and all of a sudden at that point I'm overwhelmed with the urge to stop listening.
One of my good buds/training partners here at school was from the ghettos of Detroit. Dad left when he was born, mother was in a mental institution his whole life. He was raised by his grandmother. He was getting in trouble as a high schooler, one day just made a choice to not be a thug and actually do something with his life.
8 years later he graduated from Michigan State with a pre med bachelors, finished chiropracfic school Magna Kum Laude, and is making a six figure income his first year in practice. This kid pulled himself up by his bootstraps and is now a successful doctor at age 26, after coming from possibly the most impoverished city in America.
His story sealed my opinion on blacks being "oppressed" and not capable of leaving their shitty environment and culture...it's pure bullshit.
