i'm curious coach, can one build good and decent quads with just leg extensions?

also, what's your thoughts on triple drop (breakdown) training?

1. Decent if you mean in the of just looking decent or for bodybuilding? If you just want them to look decent with little size, I suppose extensions would would be fine, if you mean for bodybuilding purposes..no. Squats are king.

2. Triple drop I'm assuming you mean drop sets? Yes, as long as you pick one exercise out of your exercise selection for that day.

Why would you assume that? Johnny trains harder than Jay in every way. Genetics dictates size/shape. That training that JOJ was doing in that video would KILL Jay.
