Korean food is pretty easy to make. I make beef bulgogi and kalbi all the time. Bibimbap and kimchi too. Super good.
Favorite summer dish is to throw some sesame oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, chili flakes and scallions on cucumber slices to make a really good low calorie snack for the summer. I eat that with Korean BBQ when I feel like a fatass. Just keep that beef marinating in the fridge, toss it on the grill when you're hungry and pound it with some rice and cukes.
