The Galeniko-Noone method REVIEW QB

I found the Galeniko and Noone method pdf to be very informative, I read it from start to finish.

It prepares you to enter the mindframe of weight loss (which is very important) its a must read, very entertaining and pokes fun of resident getbiggers.

Brutally honest, it has a chapter on PED's which is no use for me but im sure it would be useful to the gang here.

Its a very candid "book" with a wealth of information, i highly recommend it to anyone on getbig.

Of course I remembered, I went and got a pair myself. Clocked up a lot of k's in them over summer, not so much in winter now.

Went to the store and decided I wouldn't let price sway me, so I tried on every shoe and wow those kayanos felt good. Not so good when I saw the price  But I'm happy with the purchase.

I just finished reading "Born to Run", interesting book, throws out a lot of food for thought.

very comfortable when running, its absorbs alot of the pressure and takes it off your feet/ankles.
i have tried nike, adidas, i threw them in the trash.

You guys should go to Amazon and self publish as an E-book.  It is a cool feature on Amazon.  I have done that for two of my friends who wrote a book.  That is how the whore made millions from 50 shades of grey.

a buddy actually suggested this. I don't know much about it. thanks for re inforcing the idea that this is something we should look into.

wed have to clean it up a lot. we wrote it very much in the style of the board as a tribute to the board and it's members. but the premise is universal that's for sure.

Well, they even have this option, you can pay a publisher/author a small fee to format etc....  They offer up all services you need.

You can even do an audio version.  Maybe get Bob Chick to narrate.
