Couple questions Oth...
1) why limit your cheat meal? Do you really think it makes a difference in how much fat you'll put on from it? Also where do you get 5500 from?
2) do you fast and take diuretics again afterward?
3) do you think partial ROM has any benefit? Not locking out on bench press, etc

1, cheat meal limitation is purely for me to dial in as quick as possible, had I cheat once a week would it have made a big difference? no, not huge but probably would have added 7-10 days.
As for 5500, I feel that is my limit in one day without any calories from carbs to be stored as fat whatsoever. My body will absorb that comfortably as soon as it hits my stomach, I could probably handle 7000 calories but 5500 is my limit just in case.
2, I will not fast on this one cause I capped at 5500 so that calories will be burn comfortable over the following 2 days without fasting. I am not sure wether to take a diuretic or not, we will see, if I am dry enough i won`t. Now there is no reason to really take but I do want to have an idea of how could I look full, so might as well be dry too for a couple hours, depends how I feel tomorrow.
3. Absolutely, partials are awesome in some exercises and of course you can grow on partials, however although I am not against partial reps i am against anyone saying they can lift X amount of weight for X amount of reps if it is done in partial reps. Most of my lifts are Full range but partials are good in my book.
