I Have been taking pics but they all look like shit because I am on zero carbs so I have to get some meals in, other wise I have loose skin, when I get 500 grams of carbs then the loose skin goes away, well the muscle fills into the skin.
Here is an example of me from LAST FRIDAY, I WEIGHED 204
HERE. zero carbs and my muscles are flat, hence the loose skin.
