Getting old sucks. I agree the triceps are the first to go in the upper body, mainly the long head. The quads in the lower body.
Why is that?
I heard theories that hardcore juicers, especially people who stay on GH for years end up growing their limps, making the muscle appear smaller.
What if someone juiced moderately, and took small amounts of GH or non at all, do you think weird muscle atrophy still occurs?
