I recently started taking benedryl before bed, it does help me sleep, but the next day i'm tired as shit for the first half.
Without sleep aids, i usually have a constantly changing sleeping schedule, mainly comprised of short power naps, and after a period of cumulative exhaustion, i crash for 10+hrs, then i wake up and repeat the cycle again.
I think you if you're eating good and taking juice, 6 or 8hrs won't matter much.
Many people on AAS and GH report needing less sleep since their body is in overdrive, needing less time to repair and grow.
