no im just eating every thing , i have a huge variety in my diet to cover all known and uknown vitamins. i bet in one year they will find new vitamins they havent told us about coming from certain foods , thats why you want a varied approach

but yes the lower back pain seems to stem from too much squats and manual labor and not enough straight leg up movements like you see dancers do wich stretch out your lower back
ive always known my left was more flexible than my right but never was really into stretching or into kicking super high but i hypothesis i may have created an imbalance
im icing that side with always helps but ill have to keep doing the leg lifting motion, while teasing the pain with each rep, i think it may get better
