Find something to occupy your time. I find that I feel the worse when I'm not actively working towards a goal. I always try to have projects to keep me going.  Some goals are long term while others are short.  The feeling of gratification that comes with accomplishment is like a drug to me.  And make sure that these projects/hobbies/goals are just for you.

Joined in 2004 or so and posted infrequently for a few years. Then never went near a bodybuilding board for a few years trying to juggle work and 2 young kids. Started posting again a bit ago when i realised i could use my phone while lying on the couch.

Nothing more to it this has been my username boards since 99. Havent had any others.

I will stop the shizzo bashing though as you felt strongly enough to pm me.
