Don't need to pay a million, get on gh/test from a doc for a year. Train 5 days a week cardio 4 days a week. Eat mostly fish veggies and oatmeal/steak/eggs when ur depleted and feelin weak, and no alchol. Drink only water and black coffee. 1 year and >20k it can be yours if your not lazy...

I might me lazy, but even if I weren't there is no chance I will have a physique like that fellow at my age. Just so you know, I haul this lazy old ass to the gym and workout 6 days a week most weeks.
