Very interesting. This isn't an HRT clinic, this is just my typical Grouphealth clinic. They do have a new "Low T" clinic in Seattle that they've been advertising. It's like $100 for your first visit.

You might want to check them out if your unhappy with your weekly medicine amount. I'm sure they won't take your insurance, but I would bet they are the opposite of your current doc and much more sympathetic to your needs if your buying the medicine from them

Hrt, for middle aged guys who can't hack it in a gym;). The shit they come up with today.  My doctor asked if I wanted my testosterone checked, I declined...knowing even if it were low, I wouldn't be on some pussy meds to make working out possible.

Good thinking! Those of us on HRT don't need competition from someone who thinks they are pussy meds. Incidentally, there are a lot of folks on TRT/HRT who have no interest in going to the gym.

Oh, and if your testosterone has declined, your wife/girlfriend will let you know when she tells you she found a younger lover who can satisfy her in ways you never even thought of. BOOM!

I even go so far as to take Cyp/enan 2-3 times a week in smaller doses. Less actual oil per shot = less potential scar tissue damage and more stable hormone levels.

I can't fathom someone doing 1 shot EOW   I dont even like just 1 every week.

Can't you just buy it from some TRT clinic? Seattle or not, don't these RXmuscle guy have some shady deal with doctors that presribe you test without actually visiting them if you send them bloods? Shady or not, as far as legal issues go you're covered.

I'm on 100mg cyp per week, split into 50mg shots Tuesday/Friday. 0.25mg arimidex as needed. 500iu HCG per week split into two 250iu doses Mon/Thu when I have it on hand.

Keeps my levels at 1050-1100 on blood work (when testing do your blood work on your shot day before your scheduled injection).

i couldnt imagine any real doc prescribing 250mg a week, you would never get that in a million years in the uk, one of my buds has been in limbo for over a year as there trying to see if his levels will ever come back up naturally, before they even dream of giving him anything

What dosage are you guys prescribed? My numbers came back at 278 and im 28 years old. The doctor very hesitantly put me on 1ml/250mg eow. I had to really push him as he kept telling me my numbers were in normal range. Apparently is doesn't matter what your age is as long as your levels are at least equivalent to an average man on his death bed.

Anyway, have any of you guys thought of taking just enough to have your numbers come back low on the retest to see if you can prescribed a higher dosage? If so, did it work? Or am I stuck at 250mg every other week? And if you're on that dosage, does it work well for you guys?

My doc prescribes 400 mgs. test cyp. a week and 400 mgs. deca a week. I use 200-250 of each a week depending...find I can't jog on 400 mgs. a week (debilitating calf and shin pumps) and I like to jog as well as lift (I am a competitive powerlifter).

Best part is its all covered by my health insurance except for the deca which the pharmacy has to compound. Now if I can just find a guy who will prescribe me some GH...

IMHO unless your prone to gyno you don't need the AE, and if you throw in the hcg those #s double

It's not for gyno issues.

IMO they only need to Rx the test cyp.  But the hcg is strictly to keep the LH signal going so the patient's balls stay plump and fat.  They don't want any one to panic if they shrink some.  So you take the HCG for the ball fullness and then the adex to keep the E2 down that the HCG is going to raise.

That doctor needs to be barred from practice telling you that 287 is normal range, that's almost as low as it can be 200 is like no test in your body at all, take 500 a week

How it is this working out for you? I am thinking of ordering some HCG to augment the Cyp. I am on 150 a week. Doctor prescribed 300 every other week, but I am considering changing to once weekly shots. When you suggest you take .25 mg of Arimidex as needed, how do you know when you need it?

My doctor just upped my cyp dosage at the last visit. I was taking 200 every other week. My last labs showed my total test at 400.

Why add extra aromatization action for a tiny bit of additional "self produced" test? I'm never planning on coming off or having any more kids so I'd rather take less drugs than add another to the mix. Just IMO

This makes sense to me as well, just wondered if you knew something I didn't

Week 8 is when my turtles go back into their shells...(no homo). Always week 8. But luckily they bounce back fast. (double no homo.)
