I missed this show with food poisoning from some bad food that was a result of some switched tupperware, but I proved all the haters wrong. They said I couldn't come back AND I DID... I may not have been onstage, but look at these pics, I DID IT YOU HATERS! Shawn Ray, how you like dem apples? I did it, and you said I couldn't!" Then he'll promise to take the title next year, and anyone with a sub-75 IQ will believe it.

He is smart enough to frame it as a win, and of course, his fans will agree. Shawn will be shaking his head with "how the F did I get owned? I said he'd miss the show, and he did'. Jay, of course, will paint it as his real mission was to get in competition shape, and he did that, so he wins.

Jay can come in ripped. No doubt.

My concern is just that he doesn't have the muscle he used to carry. He's trained *maybe* 6 to 8 of the past 24 months. Focusing on business, dealing with injury, etc - While Kai and Phil have been big as houses all that time.

Jay can get ripped and be in ust as good condition - but the problem is that he will look SKINNY as he's outmuscled by 15 or 20 pounds both both of them. There's a reason they train so much - because when Jay diets down, he'll get small.

This, or A-,2nd to Phil. Kai isn't good enough from the back to beat jay if he's in shape. I know Kai back is huge but now where near the symmetry as jays. It'll motivate Phil into high gear for next year and you have your next champ for the next 6 years. I don't think they'd give it to rami yet just from a marketing perspective but I wouldn't be surprised if he knocks Kai down to 4th. LOL! This is the best he ever looked, and you could still dispute that Dex won the show. personally I think he was in killer shape in 2001. lacking size, but his delts and arms where really shredded.

that conditioning to the 2009 size would net him top3 this year.

I don't hate my liver and kidneys...In fact, I understand that these two organs are detrimental to my quality of life...And I haven't been injected with the Hierarchy's "fruit" serum like Jay has that would make it ok for me to blow the judges for a higher placing...

Jay has had an insane career. Going against Coleman all those years, winning four Os and numerous other titles, and giving the world a "gift". I'm not mad at him. He's always been a cool ass dude to me and I remember talking to him when he "sucked" back in 99.

Seriously? Kai kills everyone from the back. His detail is unreal head to toe, not even close. Jay took so long to win the Olympia because of his weak back.
