my lower back has been in rough shape 3-4 weeks now.

but the past couple days i said im gonna start drinking more grapejuice, and you know my back feels alot better, i guess ill know for sure in a few days if its a permenant fix or not. the chronic pain is gone just some pain after a starchy meal so i wash it down with alot of grapejuice, i think my back pain may have something to do with alkaline balance since i do eat alot of junkfood but drink alot of water and stay active though

i used to drink grapejuice all the time , it will give you the shits if you go over a ggallon per day. but the shits can be good they can make you feel lighter. but when i used to drink alot of grapejuice i dont recal much back pain

notice how it will make your shit purple and tounge dark purple

just think blacks are probably already born with the nutrients of grapejuice thats why  they seem superior. but god took other things away from those 'people' because a whitmans journey and purpose in life is to figure out wich foods do what, and what foods make him stronger and healthier

a black persons life journey and purpose isnt meant to be nothing like a whitemans search for the right nutrients. they have a toatally different set of standards and mysteries to figure out

Jesus Christ, Falcon. With all of the reading you do with nutrition, you might want to read up on what "soft-tissue" is as well. You PM me for help, I give you suggestions on what WOULD help and I get this? See, this is why I don't help a whole lot of people on here anymore, I get backstabbed. I swear, I must have over 50 questions in my PM that I haven't answered for this reason only. Fuck!!

Could the mighty Falcon be deficient in some minerals because he is always working outside and sweating hard?

Try supplementing in magnesium and potassium.

Your lower back hurts because you are too fat.

This.

Falcon, I've seen your ripped pics on here. I know you've said you don't want to do the things to get you in that kind of condition again. However, ballooning up to possibly the heaviest you've ever been in your life (is this your heaviest?) is why your back is hurting. Just scale back a little in weight, hit abs and lower back, and all will be fine.

You know grapejuice intake as nothing to do with this, so stop kidding yourself.

Stop doing body weight squats. Grape juice doesn't help lower back pain.

If you have money, get some blood work done.

don't be an idiot...

if you'd like to affect pain levels (without using drugs) in your body try 1000mg of Mg citrate/day, might work
just one of the options

Sure you dont have kidney stones Falcon? All that juice drinking will flush the stones out. Many times kidney stones start as a dull back ache.

Something that helped me is doing workout for the abs and stretching hip flexors (like when you do lunges, but without weight) and stretching hamstrings

Eating plenty of fruit is key for muscle and CNS recovery, and some sea salt.

Between 5-10 bannanas in the evening is a good start, I also add some vegetables, mango and some starch like white rice.

Next day muscles feels super recovered.

add also a bag of dried mango for example, but I advice you too work up in amount, or you will have pain, before realizing one have to drink a lot of water with dried fruit.

maybe it is true what Nasser said after all, to eat 50 bananas, or to get all your crabs from bananas?

I have more energy the next day from 10 bananas than I get from 2lbs of rice.
