Anthony Pasquale has pulled out of USA's and dropped out of site!

When his FB went down a few days ago I found it vexing after seeing his condition in this video.  He looked like he was on his way to a pro card and now is nowhere to be found.  This vid shows the last email he sent to Dave P.
