And the reason we dont see as much of this now, is simple: these guys dont train like animals. They dont use the so-called "high risk exercises" ie, squats, deads, bench as their base.  Video's of current top guys training are impossible for me to watch and I hope newbies aren't following their direction. And the magazines continue to perpetuate these myths that you'll tear a pec benching. You'll get hurt doing real squats. And you'll get a big waist and ass from deadlifts.. Whatever.. Don't do these exercises and you'll be plain weak and look it to.
