anyways, most say that one needs to gain some fat along with muscle, but it is possible to gain muscle while losing fat, especially if you're a fatass or even if your bodyfat levels are within the 10-12% range

do u need to worry about scale not moving

and in that case

do you need to up the food dose

or the celltech dose
