You have to give it to Kai, aside from maybe Shawn Ray and Bobby Chick, he spoke much better than any other Olympian could/would have during a TV interview and paced himself while providing insightful answers.

Truthfully, grapefruit and white towel aside, this type of presentation in the mainstream media is what bodybuilding needs to bring some sort to integrity to the "sport".

I get what you are saying, but it's still better to use many words and deliver a point than to be incapable of even properly conceptualizing and phrasing a thought due to a severely lacking lexicon, bad sentence structure and awful pronunciation.

In many interviews, Kai goes off on brutal tangents and tends to lose himself in incongruent thoughts that leave the listeners wondering what his original point was to begin with, but in this interview I think he did well.
