A Rod to sue MLB?

I am a lifelong Yankees fan- 47 years, but I still think A-Rod is a total dink, ( he is owed around 90 million dollars, must be nice !) He has got to be one of the biggest "busts" ever.
He looks guilty as sin in all the media reports, two sides to every story though. Sometimes all the facts don't come out or there is "selective" reporting as has been in the news lately concerning other stories.

Why doesn't A Rod take his money and go? He must have plenty by now, regardless of whatever incident happened with the prenup.

Because he is closing in in milestones records ($$$ bonuses) besides the 90 plus mil the yankees own him till 2017.

True...But I just read a story about Lance Berkman being hurt and possibly retiring...Said he might retire now so that Texas doesn't have to pay him over 4 million owed to him this year...Class act...

of course, shaq did the same thing with the celtics.

I know they have millions but a few more is always welcome, there only in there 30's with many kids, homes but yes to  tell your team "im good, save your money" is very classy.

Ironically even if he played, he would need PED's to reach those milestones...Without any PED's, I don't think he has the bat speed to hit 10 HR's a year...

I'm lost, I don't follow baseball but this guys name and Jeter are the only 2 players names I know, does that not mean he is the best player along with Jeter or is it a David beckham case where it's looks over talent for his fame?
