cutting out bananas
« on: July 30, 2013, 04:45:38 AM »
after eating 10-15 bananas and dried fruit every evening post workout for about a week now, I have developed intermittent gut pains and increased belching. There was also more perspiration / stickiness of skin which in of it self reduces feeling of wellbeing. I'm calling it off right here.

I think bananas are a false fruit, I bet there was no such thing in nature just 100 years ago, if there were they were probably inedible.

I will now commence eating beans and lentils, some potatoes, maybe even some rice.

I eat about 4-5 bananas a day but have discontinued dry fruit.  sugar is ridiculous in them.  He'd do better eating a 6 pack of snickers.

the greener the banana, the lesser the sugar.  i never eat them completely ripe.

10/15 bananas? Are you fucking nuts? Bananas are not the easiest to digest fruit and you hork down 15 in one take? Dried fruits are better in the morning and small quantities or your glycemia will go through the roof.

Maybe it's the banana timing that's off? You could, in fact, be eating to few bananas for optimal gainz!

Try utilizing a pre- intra- post- workout regimen and some tuna cans for protien. It's as good as protiens from the tap and will act synergistically with the schlongs, stoking the metabolic fire and increasing Protien synthesis.

SCIENCE!

I'm looking for an good carbohydrate sourse. Anyone knows of a good carb source?

I thought fruit and fruit sugars were easily digested, so that it could be processed and dispersed to the liver and muscles with an hour or so. But fruit eaten in large quantities seems to want to stay in upper gut for some reason when eaten in large quantities which makes you feel less comfortable afterwords.

Bananas are no good. I slept pretty bad too.

I remember when I was a teenager the head cheerleader of the high school was coming over the beach house to take my virginity. I bought a giant bag of dried fruit. I never ate the stuff before and it tasted so good that I ate the entire bag. Then hanging around I started to drink beer. When she came over and we got naked it sounded like the SS Titanic was coming into port blowing it's horn. Sounded like someone was torturing a walrus. It was louder than a convoy of tractor trailers blowing the air horn. Sounded like a dump truck crashed into the whoopie cushion factory. Sounded like someone was giving the heimlich maneuver to Rosie O Donnell.

Fibrous fruits digest more slowly. There's 2-4 grams of fiber in a banana which means your 15 bananas is 30-60 grams of fiber.

No wonder your guts were doing somersaults.

Colon of peace.

LOL!

Dried apricots was my "dried fruit misadventure" - I ate half a kilo and I was working in a gas station at the time.

Customers would walk in to pay with big smiles on their faces which quickly turned to looks of disgust as they inhaled.

Guys, you are missing the code talk.  When he says bananas he means cock, when he says eat he means cock juice.

So he's sucking 10-15 cocks a night and the cum is giving him a tummy ache

My friend swears he got Crones disease from eating banana's over the years. Some believe it's the amount of pesticides that are on these things...Pesticides seep inside the peel and can't be washed off...Celery is another thing that is hard to get pesticides off...

Bananas are actually a natural cross between 2 species, they have seed and are inedible, anyway try to eat less bananas, problem solved.  ::)
