I wonder how many clients Charles Glass has...
« on: July 30, 2013, 08:47:57 PM »
...and how many days he trains a week?

Prices?

I personally think he starts when the gym opens and works until it closes. Prolly has his own special office for naps and consults....

I know I would.

I just remember her saying she trains with him or consultants when she isn't by her family in Michigan.  I guess Chris' girls are doing good in the NPC, just based on recent videos.

Coach,

Charles is probably the hardest working trainer in Golds.

Did you ever read my detailed story about how I found Charles one night outside of Golds?

If I remember correctly, it was a similar situation as George Michael, during his arrest.

Charles understands the bodybuilding process. For the average Joe like me who just wants to get a little bigger, fit, flexible and stronger drug free he is likely useless.

I would be more inclined to think that while Charles might excel with "assisted" bodybuilders and their protocols he would also be equally knowledgeable in training anyone; whether it be a sport-specific athlete, a grandma recovering post physical therapy, a natural bodybuilder, or just a soccer mom looking to get "fit and toned" ~

I'm sure he has forgotten more than most of us trainers have ever learned (even the best of us)

Nevertheless; my question wasn't answered. How many hours does he work a day? How many days a week? Rates?

I'm thinking he is booked solid 7 days a week (if he wants to train that often) and that his rates vary depending on the type of clientele. In the non-competitive season one would wonder if he just rests and uses some of the $$$$ that he has saved, or if he is just a total gym rat to where he can't stand being away from there.

I'm asking more from a burnt-out trainers perspective. It's a tiring job and very demanding. Just listening to people's drama all day and all night (regardless of whether or not you are famous) can take it's toll on your mind. They dump their stress on you, you absorb it, and your client leaves relieved, and exercised.

Thoughts?

well, I work 12hr days.. sometimes 14. not being paid for every hour however.. so my educated guess would be he's there 14 hours.. i'd guess he's paid for 8 of those hours.. maybe 10. anywhere from 20/hr to 100/hour.

That was my guess, only maybe a tad bit higher for the Pros who travel to him, not the ones who live in the area.

I spoke to Milos over 4 years ago at his gym in Anaheim and he wanted 300 bills per hour. I was like "Wow, just train one client a day and live good"
