Sure. And if it was tried in England, it would be an easier case to win, as the English are more protective of supposed victims of slander/libel. In the US, these types of cases are much harder to win.

Now whether Norton would have the money and time for an extended legal battle over this type of thing, I don't know.

At the risk of sounding like I'm defending him, he has his own PHAT training system which is actually very good, and I'd probably go so far as to say its one of the most popular programs for gym rat bodybuilders who actualy follow programs....I think almost every natural BBer has used it at one time or another, including myself.
