I believe the show writer said he was crying nonstop after completing the final show finale.
unlike Dexter (I think they'll let him live, so they can make a movie) or Walking Dead (they'll never kill off Rick, even if they say nobody is safe)...
I think they pretty much HAVE to kill off Walt in the final show. his cancer is back, he's been on the road a year (according to last year's season premiere when he's buying trunk full of guns?)
