wow he is really small now, lost all his mass,

he will probably freak out and start to binge close to the show to try gain it back and come in small and bloated

or he will come in a sub 200 lbs, which is good for his height and body

Lost way too much size. His upper/lower body is going to be disproportionate, especially with his oddly shaped torso. I'm thinking 4th or 5th. He blew it.

He can afford to lose some mass and still outmass Phil. He's focusing on conditioning but that seems a bit extreme for 8 weeks out. That's a fucking long time. Phil must like what he sees.
