could be natural, eventually as a the years go by you learn how to always look ripped. my dad is shredded but not that size

however that quote of being bigger and stronger is stupid. especially with age, its all about dialing in the physique not lifting heavy weights fucking up your back

Obviously not natural... at least HRT as he seems too cut up with size for an old guy.

My grandfather was actually a farmer his whole life and was nearly as in shape (although not as cut) like this old guy up until his late 50s even in his mid 60s he was built. Only when he got close to 70s did things take a down turn yet to this day he still has visible muscles albeit with loose skin and aged skin God bless his soul...

Farming is great... you do honest work to earn your food and living and stay healthy and fit... but it still won't build this cut up of a physique
