I believe, in order to keep it legal, you have to give them 30 days written notice to vacate, even if there is no written agreement between the two of you. Only if the woman had been living with you a short time (less than 3 weeks) could you get kick them out without notice. If she has been living with you more than 3 weeks you will have to give her 30 days. Especially if she has been contributing to the household expenses.

Where do you live? You have to find the proper way to evict her and that usually starts with giving her a 30 day notice. Then you can begin the eviction procedure in the court and they vary by state in the US.

Either that or sell your house.
