i fucked up my knee at the end of March; couldn't walk for a month straight and got in a really bad spot mentally, as there was a big chance i tore my acl and lcl and potentially wouldn't be able to work out for a year or so
luckily i recovered, but my lifts did go to shit
as soon as i was able to crawl out of my pithole i hit the gym
was planning to compete in powerlifting competitions, but since my lifts took a serious dive i'm leaning more towards bodybuild, the epitome of lifting weights
