DEA spying on Americans
« on: August 05, 2013, 01:27:44 PM »
When will it stop?  Do we all have to lose our internet, smartphones, cable TV and fast food before we finally wake up?

This is getting really insane now. Basically everything any nutjob conspiracy theorist ever went off on a tangent about is true. Reality is becoming stranger than fiction.

Basically... fuckin' everything we do is monitored right down to the last keystroke. These guys know more about we do than ourselves and it's not even an exaggeration. They build up profiles on us and the ones that look interesting get flagged and duly noted. Fucked up. I don't do anything illegal and just look at regular porn and shit but it's still a little disconcerting. I'd appreciate a little more transparency at the very least. I know we can't decide whether or not we'll be spied on, but if you're going to shit in my Fruitloops then at least call it a Baby Ruth.

might be good...then we will all start talking to one another. And many people will start to lose weight.

Seriously, if this country ever gets over run in a war(which it wont, our borders are too well protected), I wonder how much we would actually find out about our government.  It's like Nazi Germany, those people didn't just turn to that shit overnight, it was a process, probably a little faster because of the times they were in, but not overnight none the less.  When will we decide enough is enough?  We are turning into something bad, and it is starting to go bigdownhill very fast. :-\

CSWOL needs to hit up the DEA and NSA headquarters and shut them down. Even THEY won't know what hit them. They've never seen such a mountain of a man!

Pharmaceutical companies that manufacture oxytocin and heroin are targeting distributors of healthy marijuana products.  They want all Americans hooked on hillbilly heroin.

It's a cash cow and people become painfully addicted to it. They've thrown the entire healthcare industry under the bus.

If you've ever stepped into an ER and watched an addict haggle with doctors it's really saddening. It's tough for ER doctors to not become jaded, but when you have junkies saying their back hurts and they need Purplecet 10s or Oxycottons you just want to shake your head. They know full well that each pill is supposed to be accounted for, that they have a care plan to follow and a renewal date for their next refill. But lo and behold, they're in the ER on the weekend or doctor shopping during the week. It's like clockwork.

I don't even profess to know the half of it. I've just seen some friends get into car accidents and subsequently get hooked on opiates. Never would have pictured them as an addict, and now they don't have a phone or computer to stay in touch. Probably stealing from people and camping out in a crackhouse somewhere. I brought my mom coffee at the ER on her night shift and watched a junky get pulled away by security when he was pressuring the only doctor on shift for opiates. Every pill that buddy has is supposed to be accounted for under his strict plan, but just a day's worth of his script would kill a regular guy like me with no tolerance for opiates. I'd probably fade after 10 minutes without a heartbeat, but dude's just chewing them like Tictacs in between crushing and snorting the rest. It's incredible that a problem of this magnitude hasn't been corrected. Looking at an addict face to face is intimidating shit. Opiates take their souls.

^The Methadone clinics are worse...just as addictive as heroin, if not more so. And you see them lined up early in the morning. People also get on SSI disability so that they can have a check come in to support their habit.

A nation full of addicts...which means the politicians can pass whatever the hell they want, so long as they don't take away from the addicts getting theirs, the agencies that support those addictions, and the rich people who benefit by addicts being unaware. which also means crime goes up, which means more police are hired, but not trained properly, because they want to get them out as soon as possible.

Good for them.  I'd be willing to submit to full home and body searches without warrant or warning if it can prevent even one kid from becoming addicted to drugs.

If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.

Are you a tit?

Look at these massive surveillance programs and ask yourself if it's helped to curb addiction. It's not there to protect any of us, it's there as a segway to invade our privacy. Everyone's entitled to privacy until they've done something to relinquish that right. Treating people like criminals BEFORE a crime has been committed is not right.

Catching a criminal before they commit a crime is TRUE crime prevention.  Arresting criminals after the fact is like fucking for virginity.

Your neighbors could be doing drugs in their home right now and you would NEVER KNOW it unless the DEA catches them without their knowledge.

So. How are things working so far?

All this stuff in the news is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm sure if we used enough keywords this thread would get flagged and yours and my dossier would be flagged too. Yet drugs are still a massive problem.

Exactly.
Like I said, your neighbors right now could be on drugs and no one would know.  They could lead normal lives, hold jobs, even be wildly successful and productive, yet do drugs in their own homes and NO ONE would ever know about it if the DEA doesn't spy on them.

You admit that drugs are a huge problem.  If the current tactics aren't stopping that problem, we need to step it up a notch.  The problem is that people are doing it in secret.  Doing it in private.  Doing drugs in such a way that no one would ever know it was happening unless the cloak of this ILLEGAL "private" sham is lifted.

Doison is the true master troll, somehow he continously gets people to bite on the most ridiculous shit ever, when it's clearly sarcasm.

Bravo sir.

Anyway... this shit IMHO has been coming for a long time... the citizens don't care, even now, they care more about the guy that blew the whistle than the fact that some random person could be watching/listening/beating off to them fuck their wives/mistress'/hookers/meth'd out tranny's.

I have no pity for the American public, they've done themselves in with their laziness and cries for the government to provide and protect them at the expense of their own rights and responsibilities.
The NSA is simply a product of an increasingly pathetic country full of gullible morons who have no appreciation or respect for what they have or what their ancestors built and bled for.

If my neighbors are living otherwise regular lives and paying taxes, why would I care if they're using drugs? Where I live we pay the highest taxes in Canada so if they're paying taxes that's perfect. They can by tying off their arms and shooting up for all I care, as long as it doesn't affect my family adversely.

Clamping down and spying isn't the answer. Prohibition isn't the answer. We need to move in the completely opposite direction to make a dent in the drug war.

You're getting trolled. Doison says the most ridiculous shit and people bite, if you pay attention to his other posts he doesn't believe any of that shit. His whole post is satire. Hence the "they could be wildly successful, but no one would know without the DEA spying on them" comment.

Nah, too much money to be made from too many people. They'll be after the Heroin junkies and Meth junkies, while publically denouncing Juice. They don't make enough money or enough public fanfare when they announce that they busted a huge testosterone ring.

parker, im not sure why americans always oversee this, but the us govt has spied on literaly every computer they could, worldwide.

this isnt a joke, worldwide.

and things will omnly get worse.

but guess what, i dont care, im not interested in being a revolutionary, ill give the govt the benfit of doubt and just try to live a good and happy life.

There is a song by Gill Scott Heron called "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised",
Well, it was and it wasn't. Thru the media they have created addiction based society. We can talk about Russia's drinking problem. But, America has a drug, alcohol, violence, problem. And part of that is due to the media helping to create or weave the fabric for such a addictive society to exist.

Very condescending.  Basically, these "nutjobs" as you describe them, were simply a lot smarter than you, and now that you see they told the truth, you have to start THINKING yourself, and not being a weak minded sucker.
