Arms and forearms look like a cartoon character's but otherwise he doesn't look very impressive, especially for a Mr. Olympia.
Phil looks great but as far as forearms Flex lewis takes the cake.

Yes, one can say that they high or medium high...but they are well developed. And many have commented on how good they are.
See, it's freaky pics like that which make me think Phil deserves to be Mr Olympia, but then stood onstage next to Kai you can see he's not as impressive. He'll even get dwarfed by Ramy but the judges will still give it to him regardless.
